"Sustainability and taste of Italian cuisine" is the theme of the presentation of our guest, Malinda Sassu , sommelier and expert in culinary arts. The topic was selected on the occasion of the VII edition of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World , which this year takes place from 14 to 20 November. The main theme of this year's event is: "Conviviality, sustainability and innovation: the ingredients of Italian cuisine for people's health and the protection of the Planet".
